BizLink – This is the Phillips 66 customer portal where you can access transaction invoices and other information.
Please assign a contact to be your company's BizLink administrator who will then set up all subsequent IDs for your company where applicable.

Phillips 66 offers two methods of payment, Electronic Funds Transfer ( EFT) from a U.S. bank account, OR, Automated Clearing House ( ACH). EFT is our preferred method, due to the automation of payments between accounts. ACH requires customer initiation of payment at the appropriate due dates.

Our standard payment terms are: 1-15 due on 30 th / 16-31 due on 15 th. Invoices with a ship date of 1-15 of the month are due on the 30 th, and invoices with a ship date of 16-31 of the month are due on 15 th.
Once your account is approved, we will list your company in the directory at all Into-Plane locations where you have been set up to fuel. Fuel purchases at your base location may be restricted, and limitations or restrictions may apply at certain FBO’s.
Phillips 66 will soon provide access and training to BizLink, our controlled access extranet website where your invoices and other company information may be obtained. As part of the customer onboarding process, we will send an email with log in credentials to the individual indicated as the BizLink contact.
The information provided to Phillips 66 Company (Phillips 66) on this application by the applicant(s) and any other information provided to Phillips 66, including any financial statements, is warranted to be accurate, complete and true, and shall be the property of Phillips 66.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the parties hereby consent to the use of electronic signatures or facsimile signatures to enter into this Agreement, and to evidence the parties’ intent to execute and enter into a binding agreement. This shall not preclude the parties from executing this Agreement in original hardcopy form. This Agreement may also be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement.
